It's been part of our vocabulary for so long that most of us don't even realize the negative energy it puts out into our lives. You know, when we so often say, "I'm having a bad day"
How many times a month or week have you said that?
How many times in your life have you said it?
To say you are having a bad day insinuates that nothing good happened during that day. It means that the entire day was bad based on something that didn't go right, a failure, a mistake or something bad happening.
However, what if we changed that statement to "Something bad happened today" or "I had some challenges today", how would that shift your mindset and raise your energy?
